The following documents are provided by the Grand York Rite of Missouri.  The documents are placed here for our membership's use and education and may be distributed for only those purposes.  Unfortunately, due to the number and differences in the documents, there may be errors - if you find one, let us know. You may download your free copy of Acrobat Reader from www.Adobe.com. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print some of the documents. If you would like to see additional documents here or if you have any questions please contact the Grand Secretary/Recorder. 

The documents on the left are .pdf documents, you must have Acrobat Reader to view the documents.  The documents on the right are MS Word forms/templates, you must have MS Word 2000 or later to open.  To use the MS Word forms/templates, when prompted, save to your computer in a directory where you want to save the original document.  Open the document after you have downloaded it.  Use the tab key to migrate from shaded field to shaded field.  After you have completed the form/template, select File/Save As to save the completed document, thus preserving the original.  Then you may print or email the new document as needed.
