DESCRIPTION:Join us for the 160th Annual Convocation of the Grand Chapter of Royal Arch Masons of Kansas and the 159th Annual Assembly of the Grand Council of Cryptic Masons of Kansas on Friday, May 1, 2026. And the 158th Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery of Knights Templar of Kansas on Saturday, May 2, 2026.\nThe Bluemont Hotel, is located at 1212 Bluemont Ave, Manhattan, KS. Room reservations must be made directly with the hotel. The phone number for the hotel is 785-473-7091.\nReservations should be made no later than April 10, 2026. When making reservations, please ask for the “Kansas Grand York Rite” group to receive the special room rate of $109.00 plus tax, including breakfast tickets for each person in the room. The Grand York Rite of Kansas will not be responsible for making room arrangements. No rooms will be complimentary to any Kansas members. Please let the hotel staff know if you have any special needs when you reserve your room.\nA meal registration form is attached for your convenience to pre-register and for ordering meal tickets. Tickets must be ordered in advance by April 10, 2026. Please complete the form, include your check made payable to “Grand York Rite Session” and mail it to the Grand York Rite office as indicated below. All tickets will be made a part of your Registration Packet and can be picked up when you check-in. No meal reservations will be accepted after April 10, 2026. Tickets needed after that date may be purchased at the Grand York Rite Session on an “as available” basis. There will be no refunds on tickets after April 10, 2026. The 2026 KYCH breakfast will be held on the morning of Saturday, May 2nd. All KYCH members with hotel reservations will go through the breakfast buffet then to a designated room for meeting.\n
